Hardware Industries was founded in the mid 30’s with a long-standing reputation of supplying quality hardware to the building and general hardware stores. Hardware industries was acquired by the Duro group in 2002 and was moved from its old residence in Newtown, Johannesburg to its new home on Duro’s Pressed Metal Alrode site.  Hardware Industries continues to supply a wide range of world-class manufactured goods to the South African hardware industry.
