VENTURE EFFECT ON ROLL-A-DOORS
In the instance where a Roll-A-Door is used as a boundary entrance on a fully walled property but without a garage or carport behind it, it renders the door prone to the venture effect in high wind conditions and quite often the door blows out.
Wispeco Roll-A-Door recommends that you install additional “venture bars” on the bottom and center of the door (above and below the lock). This will largely eliminate the problem.
Please enquire about our venture bars as a standard add on for such applications.
